Gary Lee Inventor Mr. Lee is a mechanical design engineer with practical work in transmissions and mechanical innovations. He has received technical commendations and design patents for his inventions. He has also spent 30 years as a licensed engineering contractor.

Mark Stoddard Marketing & Sales and Public Relations He has created and led businesses in the U.S.A., Saudi Arabia, Russia, China and other countries for more than 30 years. His marketing programs have generated $600,000,000+ in sales. He's authored 16 books on business, marketing and and entrepreneurship.

At the world famous Health Rider, he led the team in creating the television commercial and marketing plan that swamped the company with orders. He has managed products from concept design, to manufacturing, to sold-out status. He's also been a business coach, mentor and developer.
Michael Agrelius - Director of Sales
As U.S. Marketing Director for Neways International, he worked with distributors to build a $25 million segment of the business. He's led sales in a number of industries including travel, education and product development neutraceuticals. He's a successful author of 8 published books.
Specializing in business and environmental law, he served as General Counsel and Vice President of Business Development to IIR, the world's leading knowledge and skills transfer company with a global network of 47 companies and 112 operating units, with over 2000 employees worldwide and revenues approaching one billion. While there, he increased revenues from $400 million to $600 million by strategic mergers and acquisition.
David Sefcik - Contracts and Procurement ManagerHe leads the prime research arm of VMT in understanding the literature of the transmission markets. He also provides expert knowledge and work in the social media and with investor relations.
KJ negotiated VMT's first manufacturing agreement with TIC of Korea. He has been a leader in shipping, manufacturing procurement, a supplier of products to numerous companies in Korea, Japan, the United States and other countries around the world.

VMT Board Member Adept at developing organizations and managing processes for maximum effect, he got his training as an officer in the U.S. Navy and Marines. He then became an engineering manager of technology at CISCO Systems. As one of its first 80 employees at CISCO he worked at growing manufacturing and engineering business units during its meteoric rise to more than 20,000 employees.
After more than 30 years at Ford's Car Product Planning, Advanced Engineering, Commercial Truck Planning, Program Management, and Marketing, and Business Director for Global Commercial Truck, he started consulting on licensing deals. Since then he's worked in consulting and research for Ford, Caterpillar and MacKay.
As a respected financial analyst and investment advisor for more than 25 years, Mike has a keen understanding of working with top level clients. He's no stranger to significant financial transactions and sophisticated contracts.
He is an entrepreneur who has created hybrid companies that keyed on large construction projects in combination with school districts. As an investor in VMT, he has actively promoted the company and helped secure more investments.
