Gary Lee   Inventor     Mr. Lee is a mechanical design engineer with practical work in transmissions and mechanical innovations. He has received technical commendations and design patents for his inventions. He has also spent 30 years as a licensed engineering contractor.

Richard Wilson   Chief Executive Officer          At Zenger-Miller he led the effort to work with 300 of the Fortune 500 companies with his leadership, training and development programs. He has led developing enterprises as well as seasoned businesses with 15,000 employees. An accomplished leader, speaker, and executive able to combine the financial, marketing and operational needs of a company into a unified whole.



Mark is a frequent speaker at marketing conferences and
has served as Entrepreneur in Residence at UVU.

Mark Stoddard      Marketing & Sales and Public Relations         He has created and led businesses in the U.S.A., Saudi Arabia, Russia, China and other countries for more than 30 years. His marketing programs have generated $600,000,000+ in sales. He's authored 16 books on business, marketing and and entrepreneurship.

VMT regularly brings in industry experts to guide the commercialization process. VMT has consulted with
 industry marketers, valuators, attorneys, engineeris and designers. 

James Jeppson VP of Marketing


 At the world famous Health Rider, he led the team in creating the television commercial and marketing plan that swamped the company with orders. He has managed products from concept design, to manufacturing, to sold-out status. He's also been a business coach, mentor and developer.




Michael Agrelius  -  Director of Sales


As U.S. Marketing Director for Neways International, he worked with distributors to build a $25 million segment of the business.  He's led sales in a number of industries including travel, education and product development neutraceuticals. He's a successful author of 8 published books.


Kris Kinkade   -   Business Development

Specializing in business and environmental law, he served as General Counsel and Vice President of Business Development to IIR, the world's leading knowledge and skills transfer company with a global network of 47 companies and 112 operating units, with over 2000 employees worldwide and revenues approaching one billion. While there, he increased revenues from $400 million to $600 million by strategic mergers and acquisition. 




David Sefcik - Contracts and Procurement Manager

He leads the prime research arm of VMT in understanding the literature of the transmission markets. He also provides expert knowledge and work in the social media and with investor relations. 






K.J. Song - VP of Korean Operations

KJ negotiated VMT's first manufacturing agreement with TIC of Korea. He has been a leader in shipping, manufacturing procurement, a supplier of products to numerous companies in Korea, Japan, the United States and other countries around the world. 
KJ made sure VMT has met with the leading companies in Korea. Here we are pictured with the chief

VMT's advisory members have a rich variety of sales and marketing skills. VMT has additional excellent industry consultants but are not pictured here for confidentiality. Investors will receive their names. 

Steve Sutherland has been an integral part of the VMT team.

 Steve Sutherland    

VMT Board Member         Adept at developing organizations and managing processes for maximum effect, he got his training as an officer in the U.S. Navy and Marines. He then became an engineering manager of technology at CISCO Systems. As one of its first 80 employees at CISCO he worked at growing manufacturing and engineering business units during its meteoric rise to more than 20,000 employees.




Nathanael Adamson 
After more than 30 years at Ford's Car Product Planning, Advanced Engineering, Commercial  Truck Planning, Program Management, and Marketing, and Business Director for Global Commercial Truck, he started consulting on licensing deals. Since then he's worked in consulting and research for Ford, Caterpillar and MacKay.


Eric Stoddard


He's active in selling $150,000 to $300,000 off-road heavy equipment directly to businesses for the past decade, from the U.S. & Canada to Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Zambia. China, Russia, and Europe. He consults with companies on commercialization routes.



June Griffiths
She has helped direct VMT 's social media and in personally contacting potential major clients. June is a prime mover in finding people who have a product and need a buyer. One of June's rules is "never wait to be acted upon… act. Do something now."

Diane Doup



After 25 years in wholesale product experience in Alaska and Washington, Diane understands the importance of moving quickly and moving right to the sale. She understands clients and what moves them to act. 





Michael Klein

As a respected financial analyst and investment advisor for more than 25 years, Mike has a keen understanding of working with top level clients. He's no stranger to significant financial transactions and sophisticated contracts.



Thomas Curtis
He is an entrepreneur who has created hybrid companies that keyed on large construction projects in combination with school districts. As an investor in VMT, he has actively promoted the company and helped secure more investments.




Brad Kalmar

As a doggedly determined entrepreneur, Brad finds opportunities and succeeds. Understanding the client and developing relationships makes all the difference. He has the uncanny ability of seeing a deal and knowing the holes that must be filled.
